Bank Expense Estimate

1. The assessment fee is approximately 3,210 baht.

2. Stamp duty 0.05% of the loan amount

3. Fire insurance is based on the collateral valuation

4. Land Department mortgage registration fee 1% of the loan amount

5. Life insurance for loan protection (installments with the bank)

Loan processing fee

  1. . Loan approval fee: 2.5% of the loan amount or not more than 95,000 baht (house price less than 10,000,000 baht) 1.5% of the loan amount or not more than 200,000 baht (house price from 10,000,000 baht or more)
  2. The processing fee will be charged only after the loan is approved. Don't worry about losing money for nothing if the loan is not approved

  4. Translation costs are calculated based on actual costs (f any), such as the cost of hiring an institution to translate documents into Thai for 4-5 thousand baht per case (multiple pages of documents) with a certified stamp from an institution licensed by the government
