Loan applicant qualifications.
-Thai nationality.
-Age 21 years (Completed)
to 70years
-Monthly income of 40,000 but or more (before deducting taxes and expenses)

4.In the case of building a house
1. The assessment fee is approximately 3,210 baht.
2. Stamp duty 0.05% of the loan amount
3. Fire insurance is based on the collateral valuation
4. Land Department mortgage registration fee 1% of the loan amount
